The Millennium Bridge in London links the Tate Modern to St Paul’s Cathedral. In a crowded world, and in our crowded lives, it can sometimes be tricky finding faith in the midst of it all. God can still be found at the centre of the city, and the centre of society. It’s one of the reasons I love this spot in London — because those bridges can be built, enjoyed, and traversed.

I’m a husband, dad, Associate Minister at Holy Trinity Clapham (the home of William Wilberforce and the Clapham Sect), and Area Dean of Lambeth North. I’ve been on leadership teams of large London resourcing churches for ten years and have degrees in history, political science and theology, ministry and mission, and a certificate in leadership from Harvard University. I recharge by writing, and so I’ve joined the Substack revolution with my own little blog and I’m writing in a personal capacity.
Expect a cocktail of faith and theology (both analysis and devotional), culture, and perhaps a twist of something else. I’m particularly interested in people, creativity and how following Jesus enables us to lead others.
